Argentinian newspaper Clarín had access to the preliminary autopsy of Liam PayneexOne Direction what died last wednesday (16) after falling from the 3rd floor of a hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The initial report indicated polytrauma as well as internal and external bleeding.

The examination was carried out on the day of death, at night. In addition, the toxicology results of the autopsy are awaited, as witnesses indicated that the singer was under the influence of drugs and alcohol at the time of the fall.
