Ciudad Juarez.- As part of the permanent operations to fight and investigate the crime of human trafficking, the prosecutor’s office specialized in attention to women, victims of gender-related crimes and the family, in coordination with the State Investigation Agency, conducted a preventive operation in Ciudad Juarez.
The ministerial interventions took place in the afternoon hours of yesterday, Wednesday, at a cinema in the city showing films for adults, a bar and a hotel located in the “Central” area, where establishments were checked and attendance was excluded. the possible victims of this crime.
Interviews with customers and workers were documented at these locations, procedures that were reinforced with a series of photographs. These interventions were uneventful.
The purpose of these operations is to prevent and publicize the crime of human trafficking, as well as to establish the absence of minors who are victims of crimes.
The Attorney General’s Office maintains its commitment to preventing crimes that threaten the physical, emotional and property integrity of girls, adolescents and women in the district.
