Do we live in a country where the Constitution is respected, or rather distorted by those who are supposed to protect it? Are we doomed to be powerless in the face of those in power? – an attempt to answer these questions will be made on Friday, September 20, at 8:00 p.m. by Prof. Jan Majchrowski and editor Grzegorz Górny, during a meeting at the Agere Contra Café com Valores, located at ul. Chłodna 18/02 in Warsaw.

Prof. Jan Majchrowski – lawyer and political scientist, professor at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, member of the State Court. He was, among others: co-author of the Solidarity project of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland, Undersecretary of State of the Ministry of the Interior and Administration, government delegate for political reform, voivode of the Lubusz Voivodeship, member of the Supreme Audit Office, judge of the Supreme Court and advisor to the Chief Electoral Commissioner, the President of the Constitutional Court, the Speaker of the Sejm.
Grzegorz Gorny – reporter, essayist, publicist, director, film and television producer. Founder and editor-in-chief of the quarterly magazine “Fronda”; (in 1994-2005 and 2007-2012). Co-author and producer of several television series for TVP1, TVP2, TVP Polonia, TVP Historia, TV Puls, Polsat. In 2005-2006 he was editor-in-chief of the weekly magazine “Ozon”. Author of 37 books, 29 editions in 12 foreign languages, including 8 books published in English in the USA. Winner of numerous journalism, film and book awards (including Totus, Grand Press, Feniks). Currently he is a regular columnist for the weekly magazine “Sieci”; and the portal wPolityce.pl. President of the Polska Wielki Projekt Foundation and the Three Seas Association.
