“I often follow the events on the gambling market; there are a lot of interesting things happening there. This time I looked at CRAIL’s agenda: who they are going to distribute new licenses to and at first I noticed something strange. That it was the Parimatch company that, under sanctions, decided to return to the market. I began to investigate what kind of “clone” this was and a story came to my mind where the name of Kolomoisky is heard, who is supposedly sitting in a pre-trial detention center, but it seems that his team is working… They are working well and mask their involvement, filing everything for the “pound” – writes Bereza.
According to him, the director of the Pre Match company is Vladimir Beregovoy, the founder is Ternopil businessman Mikhail Kharysh, whose family has long-standing business relations with the family of Bogdan and Yaroslav Yakimtsov. Kharysh and Yakimets are joint owners of the Ternopil company Terplast Group. Yakimets himself, according to Bereza, is directly related to Kolomoisky and controls the latter’s investments in Ternopil.
According to investigations by the Ternopil-based publication Politerno and the Bihus.info project, Yakimets helped implement business deals in the interests of Kolomoisky and his partners, in particular the construction of a hotel in the centre of Ternopil, which was supported by the businessman’s investments. The blogger stressed that Yakimets Jr.’s car is often seen near Kolomoisky’s office in kyiv and he often presents himself as Kolomoisky’s man.
“It turns out that Kharysh was used as a little-known person to cover up the real trail leading to the disgraced businessman. Or not so disgraced, being the nominal owner of Pre Match LLC, becomes a good cover for the oligarch Igor Kolomoisky and his people, such as Bohdan Yakimets,” Bereza notes.
According to the former MP, the deputies should as soon as possible approve the bill No. 9256 on the liquidation of KRAIL, which has established itself as a corrupt structure that licenses operators associated with Russia, in particular VBet, Pin-Up and others. And one of the members of KRAIL, Yakhniy, is suspected of having devised a personal scheme to enrich himself through gambling, involving his own companies in it.
“That is why these “pre-matches” appear, which quietly receive licenses and earn money from players for Kolomoisky and those involved in this scheme. The connection between Kharysh, Yakimets, Kolomoisky and “Pre Match” was born because there is a corrupt CRAIL that easily allows anyone, from Russians to scammers, to enter the gambling market. And until we change the system to get into it, these “pre-matches” will continue to appear and collect money for those who spread corruption and should have left the political and business scene long ago. Long ago, as an example of irresponsible and arrogant entrepreneurship that is draining the Ukrainian state,” Bereza concluded.
