The Nineteenth District Judge of Veracruz, Nancy Juarez Salas, ordered the President of Mexico, Claudia Sheinbaum, and the Director of the Official Gazette of the Federation (DOF), Alejandro Lopez, to remove the publication of the judicial reform last September 15, because the Temporary Suspension issued 3 days earlier , was ignored.

According to the document, due to an excess or defect in compliance with the suspension, the government of Mexico has 24 hours to remove the post.

If the decision is not complied with, the Federal Public Ministry will be referred to the crime established in Section III of Article 262 of the Amparo Law.

This article provides for a penalty of imprisonment from 3 to 9 years, a fine from 50 to 500 days, dismissal from office and deprivation of the right from 3 to 9 years to hold another public position, job or commission, for the civil servant who, as a responsible authority in the defense process or in case of suspension.

Juárez Salas authorized the final suspension on September 20 so that the publication of the judicial reform decree could be deleted from the Official Gazette of the Federation, although said final suspension was not observed by then-President Andrés Manuel López Obrador.
