Right at the beginning of this fun and silly series, Joan is visiting a rabbi at the synagogue and gets the bright idea to dress up in a bright red dress for the occasion. The rabbi’s name is Noah, and in future episodes he will be nicknamed “The Hot Rabbi” because he not only studied the scriptures, but also Amore. He sees her and approaches her: flirting with wood paneling under the gaze of smartly dressed parishioners. Then he says he has to quickly take care of his sheep and have her wait for him at the side entrance. I want it, she said, crossing herself charmingly. “We’re not,” he commented, shaking his head. To which she: “Oh really?”
