In addition, of the 47,236 people who were at the Corinthians stadium, 69% came from outside São Paulo and 12% from outside Brazil. Tourists recorded an average expenditure of R$3,300, while the period spent in the capital of São Paulo was 3.2 days.
Of the spectators outside São Paulo who attended the Neo Química Arena, the states of Rio de Janeiro (6.3%), Minas Gerais (4.5%) and Paraná (3.3%) stood out.
The stadium even received an 8.8 rating from those who attended on Friday, September 6. The city also received their approval (86.7%), while 98% said they would return if the NFL brought another official game to the capital of São Paulo. As we know, Rio de Janeiro is also a future choice for the league.
Finally, according to the Brazilian International Tourism Promotion Agency (Embratur), Brazil recorded a 133% increase in the issuance of airline tickets from the United States, which confirms the strong American presence in the national territory to accompany the duel.
