At that time, it broadcast classic animated series from Hanna-Barbera, Warner Bros. and other studios. These were cartoons previously broadcast, among others, on Cartoon Network. The first schedules of Boomerang station included, among others: “The 13 Devils of Scooby Doo”, “The Flintstones”, “The Jetsons”, “The Addams Family”, “Tom and Jerry”, “Yogi Bear”, “Dumb and Dumber” and “Popeye”. Over time, older productions began to be replaced by newer ones, aimed at children over 3 years old. These included, among others: part of the Cartoonito band, which was broadcast in 2011-2013.
Although Cartoon Network classics like “The Flintstones” or “The Jetsons” have been absent from Boomerang for years, viewers from all over the world complain about their absence from time to time. “I really miss the old Boomerang showing “The Flintstones” and its spin-offs! I wish they would come back!” recently lamented user Blawke2003 on fandom.com. You can find more such voices on the Internet. Some people wanted to relive productions from their childhood, others wanted to show them to their own children.
