Last week, the vivo Y300 5G leaked, and today it’s time for another member of the same upcoming family to make its appearance: meet the vivo Y300 Pro. It’s set to succeed the Y200 Pro that was only announced back in May – vivo is certainly moving fast with the Y series.
The Y300 Pro’s main selling point will undoubtedly be its massive 6,500mAh battery, which is a huge step up from its predecessor’s 5,000mAh cell. But wait, there’s something else — while the Y200 Pro’s 5,000mAh battery charges at 44W, the Y300 Pro’s 6,500mAh battery charges at 80W.

While we can only speculate on the charging time, we assume vivo is aiming for around an hour. The retail box of the Y300 Pro has been revealed and you can see it above.
Unfortunately, no other details about this device are known as of yet, but now that the leaks have started, we can expect to hear a lot more about it in the coming weeks.
For what it’s worth, the Y200 Pro has a 6.78-inch 1080×2400 120Hz AMOLED touchscreen with 1300 nits of peak brightness, a Snapdragon 695 chipset, 8GB of RAM, 128GB of storage, a 64-megapixel main camera with OIS, a 2-megapixel depth sensor next to it, and a 16-megapixel selfie camera. We hope to see at least some of these specs improved on the Y300 Pro.
