In the Vilda Arte building, the French developer has planned 58 apartments with areas ranging from 29 to 133 m2 – from studios to five-bedroom apartments.
Apartments with smart home system
The apartments on the upper floor will have not only balconies but also terraces accessible via a spiral staircase. The apartments will be equipped with a smart apartment system. Bouygues Immobilier has planned a service area on the ground floor of the building.
– The smart home system controls the temperature, turns off the water supply in the absence of the owners and, in case of danger, cuts off the power supply to the sockets. It also allows you to turn off the lights when the last person leaves the apartment – informs the developer.
A green roof will collect rainwater, clean the air and lower the ambient temperature. – The common areas will be powered by electricity from photovoltaic panels. The underground garage will be able to charge electric cars, because up to half of the parking spaces will be adapted to install chargers, says Magdalena Kołodziejska of Bouygues Immobilier.
