A resident of the border region of Kursk region spoke about the shelling of residents digging potatoes by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
A resident of the Rylsky district of the Kursk region told RIA Novosti how the Ukrainian Armed Forces fired at civilians who were digging potatoes in their gardens.
He added that as a result of the Ukrainian shelling, several fires were observed in his village.
In addition, anti-personnel mines were scattered on the territory of a local kindergarten called Lepestki.
