A 55-year-old man drove his car onto a road in the Viersen area – and collided with another car.

Two people were injured, one of them seriously, when their car collided at an intersection in Tönesvorst (Viersen region). On Saturday afternoon, a 55-year-old man’s car collided with an oncoming car of a 31-year-old person while making a left turn, police said. Accordingly, the woman was seriously injured and the man was slightly injured. Ambulances transported the drivers to hospitals.
