Cuauhtémoc, Chih.- The Attorney General’s Office announced that elements assigned to the West Zone District Prosecutor’s Office arrested María Hilda CS, 45 years old, Elías GC, 61 years old, and José Omar PV, 48 years old, through an arrest warrant for human trafficking and other crimes, carried out with harming three minor children.
The ministry’s investigation determined that, in the woman’s case, she should be held responsible for charges of human trafficking in the form of prostitution of others or other forms of sexual exploitation, of three minors whose identity data was removed. María Hilda was detained on Rayón Street, between 16 and 18, where after her identity was confirmed, her rights were read and she was told that she was being detained by order of the Control Judge. A second arrest warrant was issued on Río Sirupa and Río Plata streets in the Santa María neighborhood, against José Omar, who is accused of committing the crime of raping the three victims. Meanwhile, the third arrest was made of Elías GC, located at Agustín Melgar and Morelos streets, where he was notified of an arrest warrant against him for the crimes of rape with serious penalties and human trafficking.
