““I think that Bodnar’s actions yesterday will make approximately 100-150 thousand more people come to this march. For the first time in the history of the Independence March, it may turn out to be against Tusk,” said Kukiz’15 MP Marek Jakubiak in an interview with wPolityce.pl.
Marek Jakubiak referred to the announcement by the Chairman of Law and Justice that the MPs of this party will join this year’s Independence March. This is a response to the actions of the Prosecutor’s Office, which yesterday searched the house of Robert Bąkiewicz and the headquarters of the “Independence March” Association.
I prefer to treat this as a gesture of support for this march and its idea, which is: “We are proud of Poland”. This is the only march in the world that is not against something, but for something – for Poland.
— recalls deputy Kukiz’15.
I would prefer that politics not interfere in this march – in the form of Donald Tusk or the Bodnar movement. This march is for the Poles. That is why politicians do not speak there. That is why there are only reds and whites. I like this institution of the Independence March.
– admits the politician and assesses how the actions of Bodnar activists will affect this year’s march.
I think Bodnar’s actions yesterday will make approximately 100-150 thousand more people attend this march. For the first time in the history of the Independence March, it may turn against Tusk
– it says.
Tusk has not yet heard what he might hear about himself at this march. First of all, young people should show their disapproval of this pro-German and anti-Polish government.
– he continues.
The government is afraid of the Poles
The Polish government is afraid of Poles. It should run the Polish state for the common good, and they run it for their own good.. This is the difference that makes them afraid of the Poles, because the Poles expect their electoral obligations to be fulfilled, but it turns out that this is a big lie.
— says Marek Jakubiak and explains why the Independence March Association was targeted by the Bodnar movement:
The association is talking about Poles, not about the European cosmopolitan system, but about Poland. About a strong and safe Poland, where there is no crime on the streets, although we are seeing more and more crime on the streets thanks to Donald Tusk. I think Bodnar should stop chasing us – Poles – with his few prosecutors, and instead deal with crime – Ukrainian, Georgian – on the territory of the Republic of Poland, because in the first six months alone we have committed 9,000 crimes by foreigners.
Marek Jakubiak also answered the question of the wPolityce.pl portal whether he will also be seen at this year’s Independence March:
Like every year! Together with the Night Poles of Conversations community, several thousand of us will go to the Independence March and you will be able to see us there.
