Ciudad Juarez.- The Sanitation Directorate worked to rehabilitate the Mexican Red Cross memorial plaque located on Henri Dunant Street in the Bronav area.

Gibran Solis Kanahan, head of the Al-Ghaith Department, indicated that the Red Cross will hold an important celebration these days. In addition to the cleaning work conducted in the vicinity of the institution, attention has been paid to the memorial.

He said: “This statue represents several red cubes with a dove on top, so the crew used red, white and black paint to rehabilitate it properly.”

The official explained that compared to other places, this place did not have much graffiti, however, citizens were urged to maintain the good image of the city.

He pointed out that “graffiti continues to appear on monuments, fences and bridges, which generates affectation and a feeling of insecurity.”
