Ciudad Juarez.- The Women’s Attorney’s Office is requesting the cooperation of citizens to locate 19-year-old Ruby Luna Flores.
According to the disappearance report submitted by his family, he was last seen in the Colinas del Norte neighborhood in the city of Juarez, in the state of Chihuahua, on September 21, 2024, and since that moment his whereabouts have been unknown.
At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing jeans, a red jacket, and white Nike Air Force 1 sneakers.
