Members of the Municipal Police arrested Notary No. 28, Pedro C.V., and reported him to the Women’s Public Prosecutor’s Office for alleged domestic violence.
According to the police report, the notary was arrested after the alleged assault on his partner, which has been placed at the disposal of the Public Prosecution, which will determine whether there are elements to proceed criminally against him.
According to FEM information, it has not yet been determined that the notary committed acts of domestic violence, so investigations will continue.
The detainee has been a member of the National College of Mexican Notaries since 2016 and currently holds the position of Chief Notary No. 28 of the Judicial District of Morelos.
