Chihuahua.- The President of the State Justice, Myriam Hernández, expressed support for the High Court judge and stressed that there were deficiencies and lack of preparation of the authorities in the case presented, this in relation to the statements of the Court. The Secretary of Public Security of the State, Gilberto Loya, who criticized the judge for not linking 4 of the 7 detainees to the operation carried out in the Ojinaga region.
“I support and respect the work of each judge in the State Court of Chihuahua, who continues to prepare,” he said, describing with great regret how the cases were filed by the relevant authorities.
He pointed out that because of this situation, solid cases were not being brought to the Court.
