When asked by Beata Lubecka on “Guest of Radio ZET” about the end of the search for a mysterious object that was supposed to fly into Polish airspace, but the army found nothing for 10 days, Deputy Minister of National Defense Cezary Tomczyk announced that “the search will continue around the clock, just “period”
General Maciej Klisz reported that on Monday, August 26, at 6:43 a.m. Polish time, near the Ukrainian city of Chervonogród, an unidentified aerial object violated Polish airspace. It was allegedly related to the massive shelling of Ukraine’s border areas.
In turn, on Thursday, September 5, the Operational Command of the Armed Forces announced that the search operation for the facility was ended after 10 days.
““It’s a radar jam.”
I have full confidence in the Polish army and in the Operational Commander, General Maciej Klisz, who is probably the man who sleeps the least in Poland, because he is responsible […] for the protection of air borders
– emphasized Cezary Tomczyk.
But this search, only in a specific phase, will continue
– he added.
After retrospective analysis and information from Ukrainian and NATO allies, it now appears that the most likely scenario is that there was radar jamming.
– said the deputy head of the Ministry of National Defense.
“Are you having fun, gentlemen of the PO?”
In short, the December 13 coalition – the deputy minister of the Civic Platform has just reported that a drone may or may not have arrived. He also reported that the searches have been completed, but that spot searches will continue. He also added that the Operational Commander of the Armed Forces, General Klisz, is fully responsible for everything. Are you having fun, gentlemen of the PO? Encouragement! This is about the safety of Poles.
– emphasized the former head of the Ministry of National Defense Mariusz Błaszczak on the X platform.
