As if all this weren’t entertaining enough, the project is reportedly being helmed by a cast of characters who, in other times and other contexts, might give campaigners pause for thought. They include Zachary Folkman, listed in the whitepaper as World Liberty Financial’s head of operations, and Chase Herro, the leader of its data and strategy division. A limited liability company for World Liberty Financial has been registered in the name of Folkman, who, along with Herro, is the co-founder of Subify, which accounts themselves as a censorship-free competitor to both Patreon and OnlyFans – both services that allow customers to pay content creators, with the latter leaning more toward explicit content. Folkman previously registered a company called Date Hotter Girls LLC and posted seminars on YouTube on how to seduce women. Herro has been a guest on popular podcasts, including YouTuber Logan Paul’s podcast “Impaulsive”, in which he talks about his previous prison sentences for drug-related charges and how he became wealthy as a ‘self-made businessman’.
