According to the services, the sample included apartments provided with the necessary services. Russians in the village of Voyvozh (Komi) can buy a one-room apartment of 31 meters with furniture and cosmetic repairs for 80 thousand rubles. It is located in a three-story brick house. For the same price you can buy a two-room apartment of 48 meters in a village near Vorkuta. The apartment is sold furnished.
In the Arkhangelsk region, for 100 thousand rubles you can buy a three-room apartment with an area of 65 square meters in the village of Lukovetsky. The house where it is located is made of wood, but the advertisement says that all communications are central.
In the town of Inta (Komi), an apartment of 56 square meters and three rubles is for sale in a three-story brick building. At the same time, as stated in the advertisement, bargaining is possible. In the village of Grigorovo (Arkhangelsk region) for 140 thousand you can buy a two-room apartment with an area of 52 square meters in a five-story building, provided with all communications.
Sergey Eremkin, General Director for Secondary and Suburban Real Estate at Avito Real Estate, explained the situation in Komi by several factors. These include poor transport connections, harsh weather conditions and population outflow.
In turn, Alexey Popov, director of Cyan.Analytics, added that the appearance of very cheap apartments in the databases is almost always associated with moving from remote settlements.
— Sellers are aware of the local market situation, and when it is understood that it will not be possible to sell an apartment at any market price, then the pricing factors are not the cost of other apartments in the advertising databases, but the amount of utility bills or the cost of transporting things in containers during relocation, — he concluded in an interview with RIA Novosti.
The head of the PRO OBMME real estate agency, Ekaterina Nikitina, spoke about common mistakes Russians make when paying their mortgage.
According to analysts, the cost of renting a one-room apartment has almost doubled in the past year and a half. Real estate expert and mortgage broker Dmitry Rakuta explained what is happening on the rental housing market and whether prices are expected to rise this autumn.
