The prosecutor’s office accused Kaczyński of acting for financial gain.
The letter reads: “failure, within an unspecified period of time, at least until August 26, 2019 in Warsaw, of members of parliament to fulfill their obligations in the framework of managing the financial interests of the state budget, in such a way that, acting in order to obtain financial benefits in the form of subsidies and subsidies carried out by the Electoral Committee on Law and Justice, did not officially notify law enforcement authorities of the reasonable suspicion of committing a criminal act involving the use of public funds from the Justice. Funding for the purposes of the election campaign for the Sejm of the Republic of Poland by candidates for the Electoral Committee on Law and Justice, thereby harming the public interest.
