The Federal Police of Amazonas confiscated, on Monday (30), about R$ 798,750.00 in cash inside a suitcase and a cardboard box on board a charter plane, which was departing from the Aeroclub do Amazonas, in Manaus, heading to the municipality of Gutai (630 km from Manaus). ).
The person in charge of the plane that would transport the money was transferred to the National Police to testify. The money was sent to the Palestinian Regional Police Oversight Authority, which opened an investigation into the source of the amount.
The seizure was the result of enhanced inspections ordered by the Director General of the National Front, Delegate André Rodriguez, which will be carried out until the second round of elections throughout the country.
