Two men died in clashes with the Operational Tactical Employment Platoon (PETO), on Friday afternoon (27), in the Calafate region, in the Fazenda Grande do Retiro neighborhood, in Salvador. Another suspect was injured.

According to the 9th Independent Military Police Company (CIPM), the PETO team was attacked by a group of armed criminals and, in the crossfire, the suspects were hit by gunfire.

The people were taken to Ernesto Simões Hospital, but two died from their injuries. With them, police seized a .45-caliber revolver, a .32-caliber revolver, a simulated firearm, ammunition and chargers, as well as some drugs and a cell phone.
