Deolane Bezerra and his mother, Solange Bezerra, received some unpleasant news. Because, Judge Andréa Calado da Cruz of the 12th Criminal Court of Recife decided, this Monday, the 23rd, that he will not release those investigated by Operation Integration.

According to the column of Fábia Oliveira, from Metrópoles, the judge understood that it was not necessary to replace the preventive arrest of those under investigation with other preventive measures, and that there were new measures to be taken at the request of the Public Ministry of Pernambuco (MPPE).

The release analysis came after recommendations were made by five prosecutors from the Special Action Group for Combating Criminal Organizations (Gaeco). Lawyers of those investigated in the operation were informed of the information by the court itself.

According to the column, the decision will be officially made in the next few hours.
