Governor Sokolov denied information about an explosion at a substation in the Kirov region
The head of the Kirov region, Alexander Sokolov, denied reports of an explosion at a substation in the city on his Telegram channel.
The governor said he was at work and was receiving many reports of power outages in parts of the city. He said a large tree did indeed fall on the power line, causing a bright flash and a fire.
Sokolov stressed that specialists are already working on the site.
