“Four tank men and a dog” is a very popular series, filmed in the 1960s. The main roles were played by the best actors of that time: Franciszek Pieczka, Janusz Gajos, Pola Raksa, Roman Wilhelmi, Wiesław Gołas, Witold Pyrkosz. Although after the fall of communism, the film was accused of falsifying history, this does not change the fact that the film had a huge impact on the imagination of millions of Poles.
