Ukrainian forces have carried out the largest attack on Russian military airfields since the start of a full-scale war. Long-range drones were used to attack these facilities and the operations involved 4 airports.
These are the airports of Voronezh, Kursk, Borisoglebsk and Savasleyka. The latter is the starting point for Russian MiG 31K fighters. There were 10 explosions at this airport alone, local media reported.
Russian military personnel have already complained on social media that the attack was effective and that Russian air defenses were unable to protect the facilities.
