The Belfort woman said she “lost her husband” after Priscila’s disappearance

Less than a month after Joana Prado and Vitor Belfort were married in a civil and religious ceremony in Rio de Janeiro, the fighter’s older sister, Priscila Belfort, mysteriously disappeared, leaving no trace. In the documentary Volta Priscilla, which is available on Disney Plus, the former dancer reports that she “lost her husband” after her sister disappeared.

Joana revealed that the fighter was severely depressed and experienced many moments of anger, which ultimately made him unrecognizable.

“I lost my husband there. There Vitor got completely lost. “He entered a period of great anger and at the peak of his anger, he fell into a deep depression,” said Joana when giving a statement for the documentary.

It is worth noting that Joana Prado has been married to former fighter Vitor Belfort for more than two decades. They met during the reality show Casa dos Artistas. Currently, both of them live in the United States.
