A Tape obtain the rights to broadcast European LeagueEurope’s second major club tournament which reached its 16th edition this season. According to Sports Machines found, the agreement covers the 2024/2025 to 2026/2027 editions.
The contract provides for the broadcast of one match per round starting next Wednesday (25), at 13:35. Details and duration of the contract were not disclosed by the channel.
In their debut, Bodø/Glimt will face Porto at the Aspmyra Stadion, in Bodø, Norway. The narration will be written by Téo José, with commentary by Neto and Julio Gomes.
“Organizing the Europa League is a great benefit for our program and for those who love this sport. The public will be able to follow the performances of the giant European clubs, including Manchester United, Tottenham, Lazio, Porto, Roma and Athletic Bilbao, bringing together stars from various countries,” said Denis Gavazzi, sports director of Grupo Bandeirantes.
“This championship really showcases the talent and strategy on the field,” he added.
The final is scheduled for May 21, 2025 at the San Mamés stadium, in Bilbao, Spain.
In addition to open TV, the clash will be broadcast simultaneously da Band site and on the Bandplay app. In streaming, the tournament will be broadcast from CazéTV.
