The alleged perpetrator of the Jimenez triple murder is linked to the trial

After 13 hours of hearing, Jose Luis JA was put on trial for the murder of three people last weekend on Anilo Perimeteral Street.

While the defense argued that it was an altercation, the prosecutor’s office refuted it, thus achieving the link to a qualified triple murder trial.

This hearing began around 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 28, and ended around 11:00 p.m., with Judge Jose Luis bound over for trial on a qualifying triple murder charge.

It is important to note that the supplementary investigation is ongoing as the Public Prosecution will seek to obtain more evidence to file the formal charge where the accused will be asked to be sentenced to up to 150 years in prison.

That is, from a minimum of 25 years to 50 years for each deceased, as according to Article 127 of the Penal Code, penalties accumulate for each person in the event that he is convicted of guilt.

In addition to the damage repair amount, which may range between one million and 244 thousand per death, i.e. the minimum wage for 5,000 days.

Likewise, 3 months of supplementary research were granted.
