A shortage of skilled workers, competition from online retail, poor local transportation: there are many reasons why inner cities are dying. However, there are now many possible solutions. One of them was tested last Saturday in Sigburg: using the city’s parking garages did not cost any money for a day. This was the first pilot test for a project aimed at filling the city center with new life.
