SThe capital of Lower Silesia has become the fifth city in Poland where the Thai Thai group has opened its doors. So far, the brand has operated in Gdańsk, Sopot, Poznań and Warsaw, where the first locations of this brand were opened 14 years ago. As Andrzej Weiss, CEO of Thai Thai, recalls, these were the times when Poles were just discovering Thai flavours and restaurants serving this cuisine could be counted on the fingers of one hand throughout the capital. But the situation began to change quickly. Thailand has become a popular tourist destination and Poles love Thai cuisine. Along with this trend, Thai Thai has expanded to new locations to further satisfy the culinary expectations of our guests.
– In Thai restaurants, we focus on several key aspects, such as a high standard of service, which makes the guest feel appreciated and at the same time relaxed and satisfied. Our trained and friendly staff is always ready to advise you on the selection of dishes and drinks, ensuring an unforgettable culinary experience – says Andrzej Weiss. Another advantage of the concept is a wide selection of wines, champagnes and spirits. Our carefully selected and prepared alcoholic beverage menu by a sommelier includes classic and exclusive proposals from all over the world that perfectly match Thai dishes, which makes every visit to our restaurant a unique experience – he emphasizes.
A big advantage of the newly opened Thai Thai restaurant in Wrocław is its location. It is located in the historic Hieronimus office and service complex, which consists of two adjacent historic buildings on the famous Świdnicka Street. The Monopol Hotel and the Wrocław Opera House are nearby, so parking your car shouldn’t be a problem thanks to the large underground car park.
Our designers responsible for the interior design of Thai Thai in Wrocław admit that the idea for the design of the premises comes from two sources – symbolic references to Thailand, its culture, nature and cuisine, and references to the historical environment of Wrocław visible from the windows of the historic tenement house.
– The idea is to associate the place with a natural treasure – a mysterious cave with spectacular rock formations, possessing its own unique ecosystem – say the designers. – Discreet elegance in the spirit of the “quiet luxury” trend and noble finishing materials define the interior of the restaurant. A tribute to historic Wrocław is also, among other things, the rhythmic arrangement of large mirror panels, which through reflection bring the life of Wrocław into the premises and reflect what is happening inside the restaurant from the outside.
Thai Thai representatives stress that they have not yet said the final word with the opening of the Wrocław location. There are plans to expand with additional restaurants in response to the strong interest from customers. At the same time, they admit that further development of the concept is a significant undertaking.
– Running a restaurant in different cities and maintaining consistent quality is truly a big challenge. This requires careful and effective management, standardization of processes and continuous monitoring. We have implemented strategies to maintain quality and plating, which ensure consistency of dishes across the group, says Andrzej Weiss. He also emphasizes that HR policy and staff training are critical issues. A restaurant is made up of people. They are the most important element that determines our success. Thanks to their commitment and passion, we can provide our guests with a unique feeling of satisfaction, aesthetic pleasure and relaxation, which we hope will leave an unforgettable impression.
We believe that every visit to our restaurants will be an unforgettable experience for our guests, whether celebrating special occasions or offering a classic lunch or dinner.
It’s no wonder that Thailand is called the land of smiles. To experience this joy, you don’t have to fly to the other side of the world. Just go to Świdnicka Street.
