In each of the cities where we build, we offer housing estates in attractive locations. Our apartments are distinguished by a well-thought-out layout and our housing estates feature interesting and environmentally friendly solutions – which is why the price, which is calculated in such a way as to encourage people to choose apartments in our housing estates, is low. Therefore, we do not offer any extraordinary promotions. However, customers can count on discounts on selected housing estates.
Is the “Getting Started” program necessary? What should decision-makers focus more on today when creating regulations regarding the real estate market broadly understood?
Any support program for the purchase of one’s own apartment is necessary. It is important that these solutions are well thought out and contribute to increasing the housing stock. The solutions adopted should also allow buyers – depending on their individual needs – to choose the form: whether it will be an apartment owned by the developer, social or cooperative housing, or finally construction of a house or municipal resource.
However, the most important issues for the real estate market are the availability of land and an easier and therefore faster construction process (e.g. obtaining administrative approvals). Solving these issues could contribute to increasing housing availability.
What is the company’s offering today, broken down by city?
We offer several housing developments in each of the cities where we build (Warsaw, Krakow, Poznań, Gdańsk, Gdynia and Wrocław). There are more than 1,100 apartments and flats for families and young people, but also an interesting investment offer. We offer various sizes and layouts, from studios to five-room apartments.
