Shahid Kapoor’s goofy side is loved by his fans. The actor drops funny pranks on social media and puts a smile on our faces. On Monday, she shared a video on Instagram in which she danced to the tunes of the hit song Yay Karda from the 2008 film Singh is Kingfeaturing Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif. Wearing a gray hoodie and matching pants, Shahid was seen grooving in the racy number. He synchronizes his steps and movements according to the lyrics with playful expressions. Back in January, the actor jumped into the Motta trend at the time and won us over with his funny expressions. Shahid Kapoor dropped a video on Instagram lip syncing to the lines in perfect harmony. Shahid appeared to be imitating the older women in a viral video calling others “motta (fat)”. Her head was wrapped in a scarf “my favorite relative,” she wrote in the text.
On the work front, Shahid Kapoor wrapped up the shooting of his upcoming film Deva September 4th. Directed by Malayalam filmmaker Rosshan Andrews, the action thriller features Pooja Hegde as the female lead. After filming ended, the creators shared a photo of the sets on Instagram. It shows Shahid and Pooja cutting a chocolate cake. Devan crew members were also present. Everyone had a million dollar smile. “And that’s a wrap! Get ready to witness Devan electrifying action and excitement soon,” reads the side note. Deva is backed by Roy Kapur Films in association with Zee Studios. The untitled project is bankrolled by Sajid Nadiadwala under the banner of Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment. Triptii Dimri has been the female lead. Shahid has previously worked with Vishal Bhardwaj in the 2009 action thriller Kaminey and the 2014 crime thriller Haider.
