Russia seeks to dominate parts of Europe

Today, Russia wants to dominate the part of Europe that will not be dominated by Germany, PiS MP and former head of the Ministry of National Defense Antoni Macierewicz said during the Economic Forum in Karpacz.

The PiS vice-president took part in the discussion panel “Geopolitical Strategy for Central Europe” organised within the framework of the Carpathian Europe bloc, which is part of the Economic Forum held in Karpacz.

Macierewicz argued that, according to the doctrine adopted by Russia, the country strives for “domination in that part of Europe which will not be dominated by Germany.”

There is no doubt about it. This is referred to in various ways in the Russian position, but in general, we are talking about the area of new control over Ukraine, but also about military domination of other territories, including at least 50 kilometers from Poland.

– said the PiS deputy.

As he noted, the Russian concept of domination is “de facto approved, albeit in different ways and at different levels, by the German politicians and publicists who implemented German-Russian domination in 2007-2014.”

It was an achievement in economic, political and military terms. In 2014, this activity was suspended, but today, especially the publicists, but also some politicians, after concluding an agreement that ended the current war, are returning to alliances with the Russian Federation. This is the direction of German politics.

– said Macierewicz.

The PiS MP also drew attention to the “phenomenon” of the struggle waged by Ukrainians against the Russian invader.

Never in the last hundreds of years has the Ukrainian nation fought so effectively, so resolutely and so determinedly. Not since the Second World War has Russia faced such a comprehensive military problem as it does today, thanks to the determination of the Ukrainian people.

– Macierewicz noticed.
