According to Radio ZET, in the notification submitted to the CBA it was reported that Przemysław Wipler did not disclose information about ownership of more than 5 million shares of listed companies in the asset declaration submitted to the Sejm.
The report was submitted by Figene Capital representatives, and the case concerns two asset declarations submitted by Confederation parliamentarians to the Sejm in November last year and in April.

According to legal adviser Jarosław Kołkowski, who acted on behalf of the company, Wipler submitted false asset declarations and concealed information about the shares he owned. In a notice to the CBA, he also requested an examination of the parliamentarians’ asset declarations.
In the spring, Wipler explained to reporters that he was not a shareholder and that the company’s shares were donated to a family foundation he had set up. Meanwhile, at the end of June, he registered himself as a shareholder at the company’s general meeting.
