According to the military, the Israeli air force continued to bomb Hezbollah militia targets in Lebanon. At the same time, the Israeli military recorded about 300 projectiles fired from Lebanon into Israeli territory.
Four residents and a Syrian refugee were killed in an Israeli attack on the town of Duair south of Beirut, Lebanon’s state news agency NNA reported. In Nabatijeh in the south, six people were killed in an air strike.
The Israeli Air Force struck dozens of pro-Iran Hezbollah targets in the east and south of the neighboring country overnight, including weapons depots and rocket launch sites, the Israeli army said. The strikes are continuing.
NNA reported heavy bombings on several locations in southern Lebanon and further attacks on Baalbek in the east of the country.
Hezbollah, however, has claimed many of the attacks inside Israel. The Shiite group said, among other things, it had twice attacked a military base in northern Israel near the city of Safed with rocket fire.
