PT’s local deputy, Antonio “Tony” Flores Guerra, defended himself against the criticism that was unleashed after he was caught driving around in a Lamborghini priced between 5 and 12 million pesos, saying that these attacks were aimed “to discredit the project of the fourth transformation”.

Through a statement published by Morena’s deputy, Antonio Atolini, the PT lawmaker cites his business career and assures that he has no contracts with the public sector or with the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE), as was announced at the national level.

The document also states that the lawmaker’s firmness in condemning corruption “and the interests of those who have ruled Coahuila for decades has given rise to personal and family attacks.”

Flores Guerra also mentions that through his foundation he carries out a social commitment, with the delivery of school supplies, health brigades, an online high school, legal advice, basic basket products, among others.

He even blames his “political opponents” for any aggression or attack against him.

In recent days, “Tony” Flores Guerra was caught driving his luxury car in the streets of Musquis, Coahuila, which caused comments of all kinds, since he is a legislator who is a member of the so-called “fourth transformation” that promotes austerity and mediocrity as a way of life.
