23:16 Zelensky appeals to Western countries to consider using long-range missiles
“Clearing Ukrainian skies of Russian guided aerial bombs is a strong step towards forcing Russia to seek an end to the war and a just peace,” Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a late-night address on social media.
And I appeal to the United States, Great Britain, France and Germany: we need the ability to truly and fully protect Ukraine and Ukrainians. We demand both: licenses to use long-range missiles and long-range missiles and rockets. Life decisions – precisely those that can influence events in the right way – cannot be postponed.
