Presenter Carlos Massa, the mouse, open During his program on SBT Who fell victim to a scam in which the fraudster pretended to be one of his children and transfers managed via PIX for a total of R$ 50,000. Ratinyo detailed what happened live, explaining how he fell into the scam.
In a post on social media, Ratinyo recalled the moments that led to the loss of the amount. According to the broadcaster, the fraudster called and introduced himself as his son.
“Dad!” He started talking to the criminal without realizing it. After the call was interrupted, communication continued via messages, as the criminal made excuses to request an amount of 15 thousand Brazilian riyals, which was the amount that was transferred. “And I helped. He wasn’t my son! He stole from me,” he said.
After receiving R$15,000, the fraudster asked for more money, and Ratinho, who still believed he was helping his son, sent another R$35,000. After the broadcaster realized the mistake, he lamented the loss during the program and on his Instagram account.
“I’ve lost everything. I’ve lost all the money. I think I’m very knowledgeable. Look what a monster I am!”

The case drew attention to frequent fraud operations carried out using false identities, and reinforced the need to exercise caution when making money transfers, even in urgent situations.
