We wrote about Radosław Ciepłucha’s move to Infor at the end of July. Ciepłucha then took over as the publisher’s CFOwhose portfolio includes such titles as “Dzienik Gazeta Prawna” and the Forsal.pl portal, replacing Katarzyna Burża-Korzyńska. The new director’s responsibilities included, among others: supporting the decision-making of the Infor Group’s board of directors, implementing modern control tools, planning and implementing financial targets arising from the company’s development strategy, and managing its profitability and working capital.

At that time, Marzena Nikiel, a member of the company’s board of directors, expressed hope that “Radosław Ciepłucha’s cross-sectional experience will ensure the highest quality of management consistent with the standards of operations across the Infor Group”, which will help in meeting the new challenges the company faces.
However, less than two months later, the Infor Group decided not to continue the cooperation, which was confirmed to us by the company’s press office. “Infor Group terminates cooperation with Radosław Ciepłucha. At the same time, we inform that this does not affect the continuity of activities in the areas for which it was responsible. – we read in the message sent.
Radosław Ciepłucha has experience in the development and restructuring of manufacturing, TSL and trading companies, and has also participated in acquisitions and mergers. Before joining Infor, he was CFO of GEODIS for almost two years. Previously, he worked for nine years at Pekaes Group (including as Controller and Acting CFO), for five years at Spedimex (as Controller Manager) and for 3.5 years at the Ministry of Finance (as Chief Specialist). He also cooperated with Kulczyk Holding and Innova Capital.

Infor PL capital group revenues in 2022 increased by 7.5% year-on-year to PLN 103.5 million, and the net result increased from a loss of PLN 4.55 million to a profit of PLN 11.07 million.
