Sławomir Gołębiowski has been associated with Radio Nowy Świat since July 2022. First, he served as marketing and sponsorship director, and in June last year he was appointed to the station’s board of directors. He held both positions until the end of August.
From September, Marta Jończyk, who will replace Gołębiewski in the above-mentioned position, will be responsible for sales and marketing of the online radio station. – We would like to thank Sławek for her work and for paving the way in the sponsorship sector. The Board of Directors of the Supervisory Board without a third member
Due to the resignation of Sławomir Gołębiowski, the board of directors of Radio Nowy Świat has also changed from 1 September 2024, consisting of two people: Magdalena Jethon and Katarzyna Goleniewska, also responsible for media contacts; As the station’s representatives emphasize, this does not constitute a formal violation. “In light of the provisions of the law and the company’s articles of association, there are no legal obstacles to the functioning of the Board of Directors and the possibility of Radio Nowy Świat operating with a two-person composition. The current principle of representation remains unchanged: two members of the Board of Directors together, or one member of the Board of Directors together with a proxy,” the statement reads.

The three-person Management Board of the Supervisory Board, consisting of: Magdalena Jethon, Katarzyna Goleniewska and Sławomir Gołębiowski, was appointed in the summer of 2023. Previously, from 2020 (after the resignation of Krzysztof Łuszczewski and Patrycja Macjon), Anna Krakowska headed the management board alone.
Who is Marta Jończyk?
Marta Jończyk has been an associate manager in the advertising industry for over 20 years. In her career to date, she has led sales teams in media entities among others at Onet, TVN and Polsat, and most recently worked at the marketing agency Ogilvy. One of Jończyk’s goals at Rádio Nowy Świat is, among others: acquiring new business partners for the broadcaster.
