Mexico City.- The Pumas have released their third kit of the season, which will be purple and the men’s team will debut it in matchday 12 when they host Atlético de San Luis.
The clothes are made in a combination of purple tones and light lilac shades that represent the iconic jacarandas that surround the university campus during two seasons of the year.
The board and sponsoring brand Nike aim to make the color a symbol of the growth of women’s football worldwide, where it paves the way for global change, redefining the parameters of the sport. The third uniform will be part of the “Growing Together” campaign, which aims to show the club’s support for the development of men’s and women’s sports.
This new jersey will be part of Nike’s global campaign alongside clubs such as: Chelsea, Liverpool, Tottenham Hotspur, Atlético de Madrid, Inter Milan and Corinthians.
Pumas Femenil will use this new equipment in their duel against Rayadas. @ABenitezCANCHA
