A house of more than 292 hectares, in front of the beach in the town of Melides, Portugal, could be the latest acquisition of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. The property is valued at US$4.7 million, approximately R$26 million.

The business, located about 130 kilometers from Lisbon, will be a way to bring the two closer to the British royal family, according to The Sun newspaper. Princess Eugenie, a cousin of Harry and William, lives in the country with her husband because through him the attempt to get closer to the family.

According to The Mirror, new legislation in Portugal has made it possible to build “private” areas on beaches, something that was previously prohibited. This development is advertised as “the perfect luxury location for families who want a true coastal residential community with a focus on lifestyle”.
