The Maritime Meteorological Forecast Office has issued a second-degree storm warning for the eastern part of the coastal zone from the Rozewie lighthouse to the eastern border of the country, the Gdańsk City Council reported.
Joanna Bieganowska from the Gdańsk City Council reported that the second-degree storm warning is valid on Saturday from 1pm until Sunday 10th in the eastern part of the coastal area – from Rozewie Lighthouse to the eastern state border.
Forecasters say there will be northerly winds at force 6 to 7 on the Beaufort scale at this time, with gusts reaching 8 on the Beaufort scale.
The warning may continue.
