Polish advertising agency Gray Warsaw Ogilvy merges

Agnieszka Wasilewska, serving as CEO Ogilvy Polandwill lead the integrated structure and, together with the management team, will be responsible for its future functioning, including the efficient implementation of the integration process.

Within the new agency, client teams will be established, managed by Urszula Śpiewak (Ogilvy) and Helena Olecka (Grey), taking on the newly created roles of client service directors.

Maciej Twardowskicurrently executive creative director at Ogilvy, will be promoted to the position of creative director connected structures. Marek Górski and Jakub Kopiczyński, creative directors at Gray, will remain in their roles, reporting directly to Twardowski. Elżbieta Twardowska, chief strategy officer at Ogilvy, will be responsible for the comprehensive management of strategic capabilities.

Additionally, Katarzyna Walewska-Napiórkowska will be promoted to the role of Managing Director of Ogilvy PRwhich is the result of the development of the company’s PR & Influence business, which was created two years ago as a result of the merger of the Influence (Ogilvy) and Corporate PR (Grey) businesses.

The integration also results in the creation of the Hogarth Polska structure in cooperation with global partner, Hogarth Worldwide, an in-house production company offering a wide range of production services (broadcast, content, digital), led by Anna Green (previously Head of Gray Production).

Adam Śmiłowski, current CEO of Gray, and Jakub Korolczuk, Executive Creative Director of Gray, will leave the agency at the end of 2024, supporting the integration process of the structure until then.
