The Poco Pad was unveiled back in May and will launch in India as the Poco Pad 5G. The launch event is scheduled for August 23, and now we have another leak revealing the chipset and RAM as the device has appeared on Geekbench.
Poco Pad 5G on Geekbench
The Poco Pad 5G has been certified with model number 24074PCD2I – the same identifier that is listed with the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS). The new listing reveals that the tablet is equipped with the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset and 8GB of RAM, just like its global counterpart.
The Poco Pad 5G scored 1,035 points in the single-core test and 2,978 points in the multi-core test – that’s in line with the results we got in our Poco Pad review . The announcement also confirmed that the tablet runs Android 14, likely with Xiaomi’s HyperOS on top.
Poco Pad 5G Key Specifications
The remaining technical specifications of the Poco Pad 5G will be the same as the Poco Pad, i.e. a 12.1-inch IPS LCD screen (FHD+ 120Hz), dual 8MP cameras (front and rear), and a 10,000mAh battery with 33W wired charging.
