A new notice aimed at startups, within the Petrobras Connection Program for Innovation, will be launched next Tuesday (24).

Worth R$16 million, the national selection, in collaboration with the Brazilian Micro and Small Enterprises Support Service (Sebrae), presents challenges in the areas of energy transition and asset integrity.

At the end of the process, winning companies can receive up to R$1 million, for soft technology challenges, such as software development, or up to R$2 million for deep technology, for example for hardware and materials development.

The purpose of this announcement is to enable the development of business model technologies with startups and encourage the creation of innovative companies in the sector. In contact with the technical and business fields, small companies will be immersed in the challenges of the big industry and in the co-creation of cutting-edge technologies.

The launch of the notice will be carried out at the time of Rio Oil & Gas (ROG) and registration for the notice will be open until October 23.
