On Monday night (23), a Pernambuco court ordered the release of influencer Deolane Bezerra and 17 other people investigated in Operation Integration. The investigation looked into an alleged money laundering scheme involving bookmakers.

The court accepted the habeas corpus request made by the defense attorney Darwin Henrique da Silva Filho, owner of the Esportes da Sorte company, one of those investigated in the operation.

Judge Eduardo Guilliod Maranhão, the reporter of the case, decided to lift the preventive detention of those under investigation. However, country singer Gusttavo Lima, who was arrested this Monday, did not benefit from the decision.

Eduardo stipulated that those under investigation cannot change their address or leave the district where they live without legal permission. They must appear, within 24 hours, at the 12th Criminal Trial Court of the Capital, to be aware of all precautions and provide their current address.

The suspects are also not allowed to visit any companies under investigation and are prohibited from advertising or mentioning any online betting and gaming platforms.
